Not a very unfamiliar scene in our workplaces!
That feeling of helplessness and intense frustration is something many will relate to… To find out that some of your “specific” suggestions, ideas and instructions were not really taken on board. Or that people missed out the finer nuance that you expected them to have ‘known’ by now!
They did of course nod in agreement and seemed to be absolutely clear…
